Patrick, one of the owners came out and gave us a reasonable price on a new heat pump based on our house size and needs after we had solar and back up batteries installed. We really needed a new system with the current equipment being 26 years old which was becoming more unreliable requiring service calls for failing parts; we were throwing money at an ancient system expecting it to get better! The technicians that do the installation work are very knowledgeable, courteous, and work especially hard to get the job done during extreme weather conditions. They are very patient explaining the directions for use with very great looking new controls I might add. They clean up the space and take away all the debris. This is terrific family business works together to bring you an enjoyable product for your home. It is so quiet and so cool in here now. This install was for a full furnace and cooling system with a great warranty I might add.
