The customer service was phenomenal and the system works really well and efficiently! Glad I got my VIP plan so I don’t have to deal with any problems.

I met Patrick through our HS referee association. When I had mentioned our AC issues, he offered to come and give an assessment. The process was real smooth and he was available that week. I learned a lot about our unit (being old) and Patrick ran some tests of the vent quality and presented me with options and plans. I ended up buying a modern thermostat face from him and he installed it right then and there. It was nice to finally get control over our ac unit in our 50 year old house especially during the summers. When I’m ready to buy a whole new unit, I’ll be reaching out to him. He never seemed like he was trying to work a sale. Just took the time to educate and explain what he could do for us
