Patrick Grew up in Connecticut, he has a brother and a step sister. Patrick was involved in baseball and wrestling while growing up. Patrick Attended Wilcox Technical school, where he learned the HVAC-R trade. Patrick father was an entrepreneur, owning an entertainment business which included a batting cage and miniature golf. His father also owned a catering business which they ran in the winter. Patrick is Married with 4 daughters, 2 are college graduates, one is currently an NCAA wrestler who is an ALL American. Patrick youngest daughter is still in public school, participating in softball and wrestling. Patrick has been married to his wife Marisela Mottola for over 22 years.

Patrick is a Marine Corps veteran, serving from 1992-1996 as an 0352 TOW gunner.

Patrick has over 35 years’ experience in the HVAC trade. He held every position. Patrick started as an installation apprentice, moved to the service department, where he was promoted to service manager, and continued his career to hold senior manager positions including Director of sales, operation manager and general manager.

Patrick teamed up with John Butler to help him transition Richo Furnace, which was Johns family business into Rightemp home Services. Patrick believes in employee first and customer first business. Patrick and John share responsibilities at Rightemp HS, patrick primary works with the service and sales teams to provide that   extraordinary service to both customer and employees.

Patrick is an assistant coach at Murietta Valley High School for the Girls Wrestling team and is also a referee for IEWA/CIF wrestling. Patrick and his wife are big advocates for Woman in sports and donate a lot of time to helping grow woman’s sports.
